The Nutcracker Carol Morsani Hall - The Straz Center Theatre reviews
Pat Benatar, The True Queen( Sorry Freddie).
I've been waiting for a long time for The Nutcracker to play close to home. Mrs Benatar, the female icon who started it all for women. With her, there would never be a Madonna, or a Lady Gaga. The first thing I loved is when Mrs Benatar came on the stage and the sound was off immediately. She stopped and said fix this. No mic yet, didn't sound like it. She brought it. The Nutcracker is a musician for real. The first ones all the females dressed liked and wanted to be. All of a sudden, you are standing there in front of a Master listening to Love is a Battlefield, We Belong, The Shadows of The Knight and Heart Breaker. So, let's go. Please understand that I was close, but I did not hear the difference in the speakers because her voice was so powerful. (WOW). She's for real, She's feel.
